This Is How To Get Rid Of Sciatica And Lower Back Pain!

  1. Stretch the Supine Piriformis

Just lie down and bent your knees. Cross one leg towards your chest and use one hand to hold your ankle strong. Next, you need to draw upfront the shoulder in the line with your ankle and hold as long as you can. Repeat this for 10 times.

  1. Stretch the Piriformis standing

You need to be standing for this exercise. Place the harmed leg above the knee of the other one and then bring your torso upfront while extending your arms to the floor. This exercise will make you feel good and relaxed. Repeat for as much and for as long as you can.

  1. Stretch the outer hip Piriformis

In order to get rid of sciatica, you need to make sure you do every exercise properly. And for this one, you need to lie down with your harmed leg curled. You need to curl your body to the opposite direction with your harmed leg curled and touch the floor with your knee. You need to make sure to feel comfortable while doing this exercise and stop immediately if you feel extreme pain.

  1. Abductor stretch

For this exercise, you need to sit down and spread your legs as wide as you possibly can. Next, you should bend your torso upfront and place your hands on the floor. You need to push with your hands for as far as you can. Find your position and try to hold for 20 seconds. Repeat this for 4-5 times and it feels great!

There is not yet a permanent solution on how to reduce back pain or get rid of sciatica yet if you do this exercise properly and regularly we promise that the unbearable pain will be left in your past!
