A study shows that a common, every-day man develops around 60.000 thoughts in one day. However, this big number isn’t weird itself, but the fact that 95 percent of those thoughts are from the prior day. This means the average man has only 5 percent of productive reasoning.
Yes, the ugly truth, unfortunately, is that the human has a restricted thinking style. Consequently, a person who fills their life with the same thoughts over and over again has a most likely poor subconscious and attitude. These people focus on the past instead of the future and the possible visionary means to change their present.
Most of the people are worried about basic daily issues. This includes relationship troubles, financial difficulties, and bad experiences in the past, or even obsessing over small things such as judgments from people they don’t even know well.
“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” – Bob Proctor.
The people who have this tendency of thinking let their anxieties eat up their life enthusiasm. By letting the same thoughts to consume our spirit, we mechanically prevent our potential to come on the surface. Being able to control our consciousness is likewise the best way to control our lifestyle.
“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Starting from this viewpoint we must admit our problems are escapable. We, the humankind, are born with that default negative way of thinking, it’s simply in our nature. However, we need to do anything in our power dodge it.
Every human being is the same. The external appearance is not the mirror of our soul. Simply, what we decide to feel deep inside reflects on our life choices and behavior as well.
